Latitude Fractional is the intelligent alternative to conventional boat ownership. The problem for most owners is they invest a large amount of money in an asset that they simply don't use enough, while incurring all of the related costs.

With Latitude you purchase a quarter share in one of our luxury boats which entitles you to a quarter of the use on an annual basis. The beauty of fractional ownership is that it will only cost you a quarter of the full price and you will still get to use your boat as much as a sole owner.

You can look at it two ways - either get a lot more boat for your money, or spend a lot less money for your boat! And Latitude provides a professionally managed programme leaving you free to simply enjoy your time onboard.

Latitude Fractional is pleased to introduce four new choices in the Fractional fleet including the Azimut Magellano 50, the Lagoon 400, the Selene 42 Europa and the latest addition to the Beneteau range - the "Sense" 42. Ownership Structure

Latitude Fractional contract with four equal shares.
Latitude Fractional contracted as managers for 3 year term.

Usage

All bookings and annual use are based on calendar days or part thereof.
Applications for key dates must be received by the closing date. Where multiple bookings are received for these dates Latitude will allocate after consultation with owners.
If no bookings are received by the closing date bookings will be open on a first come first served basis.

Management

Purchase price includes:

General cleaning service.
Insurance and marina charges.
Basic provisioning.
General maintenance, checks and scheduling.
Day to day management and booking schedules.

Online Services

Owners' login section to access a range of services.
Owners' information page with all partnership and boat details.
Three year online booking schedule -simply click on the dates required and submit. A booking confirmation page and reference will apply.
Full maintenance history accessible by all owners.
Online food and beverage page with options for full provisioning from an afternoon to an extended trip.
